糯米鸡。香喷喷午餐




 糯米鸡~!!我的最爱!每次到点心店时总是忍不住要order一盘。。没想到现在我自己也能做出香喷喷美味的糯米鸡啦~!谢谢Felicia的好分享,这食谱不难做,成品佳。。这次是我第二次为家人煮糯米鸡,也顺道做多些带回宿舍让好友们尝尝。结果,被朋友们投诉怎么带那么少分量回来呀。。都埋怨说不够吃。。哈。。看着家人和朋友们津津有味地吃着自己准备的食物,真的很有满足感很开心呢!^^

原食谱取自Felicia Chiew

5-6个人的份量:

材料:-
  • 糯米 - 380g
  • 香菇 - 4朵 切块
  • 鸡腿肉- 大只的
  • 小葱头- 切片
  • 鸡蛋 - 煮熟,切4半 (我没放)
调味料:
(记得边调制边试吃)
  •  蚝油      -2汤匙
  •  酱油      -2汤匙
  •  绍兴酒  -2汤匙
  •  糖          -1汤匙
  •  盐          -1茶匙
  •  水          -5汤匙
  •  黑酱油  -少许
  •  麻油      -适量
腌料:
 姜汁,米酒,胡椒粉,蚝油,酱油,盐,黑酱油, 麻油,玉米粉(各少许)
做法
1. 先将糯米浸过夜, 鸡肉和香菇腌制隔夜。
2. 爆香小葱头,然后放入鸡肉和香菇大约炒熟,备用。
3. 糯米铺平,用手指戳一个个洞,蒸15分钟。其间,混合调味料。
4. 糯米蒸好后,淋上混合了的调味料
(建议:混合汁料后先试味道,自己调配到合适为止才淋在糯米上)
5. 在碗底铺上鸡肉,香菇和鸡蛋。
6. 铺上糯米饭,压紧。
7. 每个碗淋上两汤匙的水。(再加上腌制鸡肉和蘑菇的汁各1汤匙)
8. 大火蒸大概15-20分钟至熟即可!
注:蒸前用手指戳洞是为了让糯米容易熟透

    3. haha, jing yu! buy the gkutinous rice and bring to Sydney.. maybe u can let yr friend try yr cooking.. who knows they might just fall in love with this delicacy... xD
